Hi room seekers!

From March 1, a room will become available on Koestraat for an indefinite period (sublet). You’ll be living right in the heart of Maastricht’s city center, with the Albert Heijn just a 3-minute walk away and everything else around the corner.

The room is 14 m² and has its own sink. Some furniture is already there for you to use, such as a table, desk, chairs, and your own small fridge. The kitchen and shower are shared with only one other housemate, so it’s nice and quiet.

The rent is €600 per month (excluding utilities). The price is negotiable — I’m mainly looking for someone who can move in quickly and plans to stay for about six months to a year.
