The room is 14m2 and sunny. 
The room is available from January 1st to June 30th 2026.
The room is on the 2nd floor of the house, as is the bathroom, which you share with just 1 other housemate. 
The 3 other students are all Dutch, but all speak fluent English. 
The kitchen and lounge are shared spaces. 

Included in the rent: gas/water/electricity/internet and use of the washing machine. 
Use of the furniture is also included.

No pets allowed. 

Room is only available for the given time and for fulltime students.
