Hello, we offer a nice room  of 11 square metres, in the East of Maastricht (6227 ). The room is situated in a well taken care for property, owned by a trust, with a regular presence, (no student housing). The room is equipped with a folding bed, chair and working table.  The ceiling light spots are all around, the room is heated by a central heating and a infrared ceiling panel with lighting. The room is situated on the second floor at the  street-side of the house with a view on gardens and nature. There is one other renter, a student, living on the same floor. An equipped kitchen and bathroom are for common use, but there are two showers, for possible private use,  available. Renters are, by signing the Rental Agreement,  fully responsible for the maintenance of the premices used by them on the second floor, they must be able to keep their own rooms and the common facilities clean and tidy. Overnight staying of third persons is not permitted  in order not to create nuisance for others in the premises and in order to maintain a peaceful and good atmosphere. Smoking in the house is prohibited as well as excessive use of  alcohol. We request individuals that are looking for premises to throw parties not to react. The premises are fit for working students or other  individuals that can deliver proof of employment  .
