Looking for a spacious, bright room in a student complex near Maastricht?
This 30m² room is located 15 minutes by bike from Maastricht University and 10 minutes from Zuyd Brusselseweg and the city center. There is also a good bus 
connection to Maastricht station and the city center. 
The room has its own kitchenette (with fridge and stove).

The complex mainly houses international students. The shared bathroom and toilet (shared with 2 to 3 other students) are professionally cleaned twice a week, so the common areas are always neat.
In addition, there is a secure parking space for bicycles and cars (included in the rent).
The room is located in Smeermaas (Belgium), just across the border from Maastricht. No problem for Dutch students: you are still entitled to DUO, and the location is excellently accessible!

We are looking for students, going to or studying at, Zuyd hogeshool or Maastricht University. From the countries of, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Austria, Luxemburg and Switzerland.
