I’m looking for another student to take over my student room starting January/February

The contract runs until August, with the possibility of extension and reduction

The room includes a private shower and shared kitchen and different toilets available in the dorm

-€690/month all-inclusive
-€980 security deposit required
The room is fully furnished

Location:

- 15 minutes by bike from Maastricht city center, right by the Dutch border (Lanaken, Belgium) 
-13 minutes by bus, with regular connections
-Walking distance to Supermarkets (Lidl, Carrefour...) and a Nightshop for emergency snacks
-Beautiful walks in nature by the river for a nice weekend hike 

The building has a garden, a common room, and laundry facilities. It’s a quiet and friendly neighborhood, amazing  for students!
