I’m looking for another student to take over my student room starting January/February. The contract runs until August, with the possibility of extension. The room includes a private shower and shared kitchen and different toilets available through out the dorm. €690/month all-inclusive. A €980 security deposit is required. The room is furnished. Location: • 15 minutes by bike from Maastricht city center, right by the Dutch border (Lanaken, Belgium) • 13 minutes by bus, with regular connections • 2 minutes by bike to Lidl, Kruidvat, and several restaurants The building has a garden, a common room, and laundry facilities. It’s a quiet and friendly neighborhood, amazing for students!
