I’m looking for another student to take over my room starting January/February 2026

The contract runs until August, with the possibility of extension or reduction for shorter stay (Erasmus students) 

The room includes a private shower and shared kitchen and different toilets available in the dorm 

-€690/month all-inclusive
-€980 security deposit required
The room is fully furnished

Location:

- 15 minutes by bike from Maastricht city center, right by the Dutch border (Lanaken, Belgium) 
-7 minutes by bus, with regular and direct connections to the city                          
-Walking distance to Supermarkets (Lidl, Carrefour...) 
-Beautiful walks in nature by the river for a nice weekend hike 

The building has a garden, a common room, and laundry facilities. It’s a quiet and friendly neighborhood, amazing  for students!
