Bright, furnished room (15 m²) in a friendly women-only house – close to city centre

A beautiful, bright room of approx. 15 m² is available in our pleasant and quiet house. The room is fully furnished and ready to move into.

You will be sharing the house with three women: myself, my daughter, and another female student. We also have a sweet cat, so it’s important that you are not allergic to cats 🐾.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared by four people.

The house is located in a very convenient area:
	•	10 minutes by bike to the city centre
	•	Shops just around the corner
	•	Bus stop nearby, with a direct connection to the AZM hospital

We value a pleasant and respectful living environment: everyone has their own life, but there is also room for friendliness and occasional social contact. The room is therefore especially suitable for a female student who is tidy and considerate.
