About the place

Studio available for subrenting for 1 semester (mid-August to December), from an international bachelor student who's leaving on exchange. Looking for an exchange student or an international student who needs/doesn't mind temporary housing :).

The listed price is all-inclusive. Rental allowance is possible (approx. 200 euros in my experience). The subtenant will have to temporarily register at the address.

The studio includes a living/bedroom with open kitchen and a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Fully furnished with bed+mattress, fridge, stove, wardrobe, desk. 
Also stocked with some necessities (incl. cutlery, trash bags, toilet paper, soap, first-aid essentials, some non-perishable foods/condiments, etc), and with extra amenities such as a fan, shelves and racks, bins, a kettle, a mini washing machine and a desk lamp.
Internet is available at an additional cost of 9 euros. Washing machine costs will have to be discussed separately.

The room personalisations/decorations can be discussed if necessary, I understand it may feel uncomfortable. Physical and virtual tours can also be done until the 15th of August, I'll be leaving the 16th. The keys may be left with someone else if that's too early.

Studio is on the ground floor. The building is shared with a few other people and includes a shared backyard and front yard with bike rack. The windows open 2 ways and face the road (towards the north). 
Some distances for reference:
- 3 min walk to the nearest bus station, with a few other convenient ones 5-10 mins away
- 9 min bike or 15-20 min bus ride to the university health faculty (with the engineering and psych faculties right there too
- 5 min bike ride or 15 min walk to a pretty big Albert Heijn
- 7 min walk to the nearest GP clinic & pharmacy
- 7 min bike ride to the central train station
- 15 min bike ride to the centre (law, business and art faculties), also with buses that give easy access

This studio is rented through an agency, which manages administration and maintenance of the building. As the primary renter, I am responsible for the place, so I will require a deposit of 200 euros for insurance, and any problems/questions will have to be addressed to me.
