About the place

I have been living in the quiet and beautiful Maasland for almost two years and I am looking for a working student/ master student as a roommate. My name is Guus (28). 

The front garden is located at the front on the south, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. The road only comes from local traffic, which keeps it very quiet. Also at the house: a cleaning lady, a dishwasher and two toilets.

The room is fully furnished and includes: bed, sink, mirror and wardrobe.

Spaces together: bathroom, office/guest room, living room, kitchen, wine cellar, front and back garden (dimensions can be seen in the photos). I often use the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In the meantime, there have been several projects, as a result of which the house has been renovated more than can be seen in the photos. 

Furthermore, Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and Erasmus University can be reached within 45 minutes. The Hague University of Applied Sciences in Delft and The Hague can also be reached within 1 hour.
