About the place

Nice and completely furnished room for rent. In a quiet village near Utrecht.
It's in studio style: 2 rooms in the attic, both available right now! And a shared and completely equipped kitchen (cooking on induction; Fridge incl. freezer, microwave, Senseo, airfreshener etc.). 
You share the washer and dryer as well with me, the landlady of 65. Cooking and cleaning will be done by yourself and I'm strict in being silent from 22.30 hour on, because I have to rise early!
In the backyard there is room for your bike. Busses are near and go directly to Utrecht University and to Amersfoort.
You're allowed to register here and the rent is inclusive Wifi, Water, Electricity and Gas.
NO smoking or vaping! NO pets! NO fire in the attic (including no candles!)
