About the place

Nice attic room available. 
The room is 18m², fully furnished, and honestly feels more like a little studio than just a room. There’s a sleeping area plus your own small living space with a sofa, TV, and table, so you can actually relax and not just “live in your bedroom”. It also has air conditioning for heating and cooling.
You’d be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and there’s a big garden.
The house is about a 15-minute walk from the city centre, and the bus stop is just 2 minutes away with a direct connection to the train station. Free parking in the area too, which is a big plus.
Just so you know, there are two cats in the house. Also, cleaning of the room is included every two weeks (on Sundays).
We’re really looking for someone responsible, organized, and clean—someone who will treat the place with care and fit into a relaxed, respectful home.
Only thing is: it’s a non-smoking house.
