Price is all-inclusive per month, including TV, internet, central cleaning, and use of washing machine and dryer.
Registration with the municipality is, of course, possible.

Fully furnished, meets all municipal requirements, including the presence of approved smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.
Only for tidy, single working individuals or students with a parental guarantee. No housing allowance is available.
No children or pets allowed except for short visits.
Misbehavior, alcohol, drugs, and smoking are strictly prohibited in our homes.
The income requirement is a minimum of €3,500 per month.
