About the place

We are offering two adjoining rooms of approximately 40m² in our spacious semi-detached house.

It consists of a bright living room with an adjoining bedroom, fully furnished and ready for immediate occupancy. The space is accessible via the garage which means that you do not have to go through the house

You will share the rest of the house, the kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, dryer, and garden with us. We are father (75) and son (42). Together we form a quiet, stable, and well-organized household, and we are looking for someone who fits in and feels comfortable becoming part of it.

The living space is ideally suited for a student who prefers not to live in a busy student house, but chooses peace, space, and a pleasant living environment where some supervision and guidance is possible. Parents can rest assured that this is a tidy and safe place to live.

What we consider important:

First of all, we are looking for someone we click with, someone with a quiet and tidy lifestyle. Someone who treats shared spaces with respect and respects privacy. Someone who wants to live independently but also appreciates having someone to fall back on. Someone who is open to participating in joint activities and contributes to the household.
