About the place

In a quiet, rural setting in Leimuiden, we offer two connecting rooms for rent in our spacious semi-detached house.

The rooms comprise a living/sitting room with an adjoining bedroom, totaling approximately 40 m², located above the garage. The rooms are furnished and ready for immediate occupancy. They offer plenty of natural light, a pleasant view of the surrounding area, and ample privacy. The bathroom, kitchen, washing machine, and dryer are shared with us.

We are a quiet, adult-only household (father and son) and value a pleasant atmosphere, mutual respect, and a clean living environment. This accommodation is suitable for someone seeking peace, stability, and clarity.

We prefer a student seeking a safe and quiet place to live during her studies.

If both parties are satisfied, a longer stay is negotiable.

The rent is €800 per month and is all-inclusive. Pets are not allowed

The house is located in Leimuiden, in the municipality of Kaag en Braassem, on the edge of the village with a view of the polder. There are good (bus) connections to Leiden, The Hague, and Amsterdam. Parking is available nearby. There is also a garden, which can be used by arrangement.
