 10 m2 private room in large family house directly on main canal in center of town . 60+ meter recreation room with sauna, spa , bar and place to have friends over.  
Renting to Female only .   NO MALES .   I have 16 yr old daughter in house .... NO MALES . 

  While nice to have friends over , it’s not a party house . 

We do have a Golden Retriever dog ( 3 yrs old very friendly )  So if you have allergies to pets , it's not the place for you. 

We have had Aupairs and 3 university students in the past. References from them available.  You will have a private room with bathroom steps away.  Washer / dryer , Etc. Etc. 

Easy access to universities via trams and busses.

165 m2 house , I’m a Single father with young daughters.  1 that is 16 , live at house.  Dutch and English speaking. 

Modern with lots of extras.  .  Stable working /student or masters programs, interns .   Female only 

Clean stable environment. Extension past 6 months may be possible if agreeable to both parties.
