This newly renovated studio on the first floor is fully equipped, including utilities, a kitchenette, private shower, toilet, smart TV, Wi-Fi, shutters, and use of household appliances. 15 minutes from Leiden city center, 5 minutes from a shopping mall, emergency room, and the A4 motorway. Parking is within 50 meters. I am looking for a very quiet tenant (male/female) who doesn't work from home and dosnt smoke.
