Accessibility:
It’s a 20-minute bike ride from Leiden Central Station and the city center. There’s also a bus stop right in front of the house that takes you to the station or the city center in about 10 minutes.


General:
The room is located in a spacious family house with 4 individual rooms, and shared living room, kitchen, garden, bathroom, and laundry room. The rent is excluding gas/water/electricity/internet/washing machine use, (around €80 per month per person).

The house is shared with 3 women:
Fumi, 30, Japanese, working full-time in a restaurant
Nastia, 32, Ukrainian, working part-time in a bakery
Svitla, 35, Ukrainian, working part-time in Marketing and Communication and studying Psychology at Leiden University


Living together:

It is a calm and relaxed household.
We are all quite busy and prefer to have someone considerate of others' time and space. We are looking for someone studying or working full-time. We don't have any obligatory house activities together, though occasionally we share a meal, coffee or a conversation. We keep the house clean and tidy and have a cleaning schedule. If you are looking for an adult household where everyone respects each other’s privacy and independence, while still being friendly and sociable, you will likely feel at home here.
