About the place

I’m looking for a new housemate as my former housemate is moving in with their partner. So, there will soon be a room available in our lovely home!

The house is bright and spacious, with a big living room, a balcony, and a well-equipped kitchen. The room available has a beautiful view over the Singel - definitely one of my favourite things about the house. 

The location is great, just outside the Singel, with nice neighbours and a lovely atmosphere. Parking is also possible with a residents’ parking permit.

Rent: €1,018 excluding utilities, around €1,200 including utilities. I’m looking for someone interested in a long-term stay.

A little about me: I’m German and currently doing my PhD. Outside of work, I spend quite a lot of time doing sports, and I absolutely love cooking and baking. I’m also a big plant lover, so there’s plenty of greenery around the house! 

More than simply sharing a house, I’m looking for someone who enjoys actually living together, having dinner together sometimes, sharing a coffee or a chat, cooking together, or just hanging out after a long day. At the same time, I really value having our own space and respecting each other’s independence.
