About the place

Are you looking for a comfortable, quiet place to stay in Leiden for one month? If so, this room may be exactly what you're looking for. You'll be staying in a safe and pleasant family home, where privacy and mutual respect are highly valued.

The room is located on the second floor and is compact but fully furnished. It includes a single bed, a desk with a computer monitor, and either a sofa or a wardrobe, depending on your preference. There is also a mini refrigerator and a microwave. You'll have your own private bathroom with a bathtub/shower and sink. The toilet is located one floor below and is shared with our family (father, mother, and teenage daughter).

The room is available exclusively to a female student. Visitors are generally not permitted.

We also have two friendly cats. The rest of the house is reserved for our family's private use and is not available as shared living space.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Laundry facilities are not available in the house, but there are several laundromats within walking distance.

We value a respectful, friendly, and quiet living environment. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have during your stay, while also respecting each other's privacy. You can expect a safe and peaceful home with all the basic amenities you need.

The house is located on Witte Rozenstraat, an excellent location just outside Leiden's historic city centre. University buildings, student associations, shops, cafés, and the train station are all within easy walking or cycling distance. A save haven to start your time in Leiden!

The rent is €1,500 all-inclusive for a one-month stay.

If we get along well, exceptions to the house rules/shared spaces can be made. However, the standard arrangement is a private room with a private bathroom, a shared toilet, and an independent, peaceful place to stay.

It's not the cheapest option, but there are no waiting lists or any hidden costs— just a comfortable room in our clean and welcoming home.
