About the place

Starting September 1, a room will become available in De Kooi on the Sumatrastraat. Unfortunately, I plan to sell the house in the near future, so I'm looking for a tenant for a period of six months. If you're only looking for or need accommodation for a short period like that, feel free to get in touch.

The rent is €700 per month, including gas, water, electricity, internet, washing machine use, etc. There are no additional costs on top of that.

The house is shared with me and an international female student.
