About the place

I am subletting my room for 6 months because I will be going abroad for my studies. The room is located on the top floor of a student house shared with 11 other girls. You share the kitchen with the whole house and the bathroom with three other girls. The house is close to the city centre, with a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. The neighbourhood itself is quiet. The room comes fully furnished with a bed (including mattress), wardrobe and desk. The rent includes house cleaning and shared household supplies (such as toilet paper, olive oil, sauces, etc.), worth €75 per month.
