About the place

We live with 21 girls in this beautiful building on the most beautiful canal in Leiden: the Rapenburg! The room I am subletting is nice and bright and located on the top floor. This makes it nice and quiet and offers a beautiful view. The room is partially furnished. The large wardrobe and the tall white cabinet will remain. The room can be locked and is well-maintained. 

We also have two washing machines and dryers. We have one spacious kitchen that is cleaned every day. Additionally, a cleaner comes weekly to clean the common areas. Basic supplies such as oil, spices, and cleaning supplies are also available, and we take care of the trash, so you don't have to worry about that. In addition, fresh bread is fetched every day for the baker, which everyone is welcome to take.We also have a very sweet cat (hypoallergenic) that you can cuddle with all day long!

The rent includes gas, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi. 

This 4-story national monument was built around 1760. Students live in this student house. The students have their own rooms and share the facilities and the courtyard. The size of the rooms varies from 11 to 20 square meters. The rooms at the front have a beautiful view of the Rapenburg canal. You share the showers, toilets, kitchen, washing machine, and courtyard with the other residents of the building. The property is located in the most historic part of Leiden's city center. In this neighborhood, you will find many picturesque monuments, canals, museums, and courtyards. Shops, cinemas, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance. You can reach Leiden Central Station by bike in about 5 minutes.
