This is an empty room of approximately 12 square meters, located on the ground floor. There are options to take over certain items upon consultation, but it is essentially an empty room.

The shared facilities in the house include three showers, four toilets, a kitchen, and a living room.

The rental period runs from immediately (negotiable) until the end of August. The rent is €800 per month and includes all utilities (gas, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi). Tea, herbs, sauces, olive oil, kitchenware, and toilet paper are also included in the price.
