I am looking for someone to share my house with. You would have a bedroom on the top floor to yourself and share a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub, and a large garden by the water with me.

I work on a week-on, week-off schedule and am often at my partner's home or traveling during my off week. This results in you regularly having the house to yourself.

A cleaner comes to the shared areas twice a month.

I am looking for a quiet person who does not use drugs or smoke. Smoking is not allowed in the house, but drinks and dinners when I am away are not a problem. (Please be considerate of the neighbors.)

The house is within walking distance of Leiden Central and the city center. The neighborhood is quiet.

The upstairs bedroom has a double bed, a small chest of drawers, and a desk + chair. The furniture can be removed if desired, except for the bed, which must remain.

The rental period can be between 6 months and an indefinite term, by mutual agreement. If you think it would be fun to live with me, please introduce yourself and also include the points I described above!
