About the place

I am looking for someone who will takeover my room in a shared 2 story house. There is in total 4 rooms which are occupied only by female students . The room is located on the 1st floor , room is 24 m2 , is located next to big kitchen shared with one other tenant. The rent is 800€ in total ( 550€ rent +250€ utilities a month ) the room has a big windows, which creates a very nice environment for studying . The house is located near the centrum of Leiden .
