About the place

This is an almost empty room of approximately 11 square meters (the bed remains), located on the second floor. Subject to agreement, there are possibilities to take over certain items, but in principle, apart from the bed, it is an empty room. 

The shared facilities in the home include three showers, four toilets, a kitchen, and a living room. The rental period runs from immediately (by mutual agreement) until the beginning of September. The rent is €550 per month and includes all utilities (gas, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi). 

Additionally, the use of tea, spices, sauces, olive oil, kitchen utensils, and toilet paper is included in the price.
