About the place

Looking for a nice, spacious and peaceful place to live? Look no further :) There's a room available for two months (temporary) between 04-02 until 31-03. 

A room will be temporarily available for two months between 04-02 and 31-03. We are looking for a girl, 20-35 y/o, studying or working.

The apartment spacious and sunny, with all necessary equipment. The appartment itself is 93 m2, of which the living room is around 40 m2, so there is plenty of room! The appartment comes with modern equipment (an high tech oven with options I have not even discovered myself, a dishwasher, a robot vacuumcleaner, a washing machine). Furthermore, the appartement has an amazing balcony that catches sun from the afternoon until the evening, where you can chill and melt (if you transform the sleeping sofa that I put there, see photo). It is located in a nice and calm area in the 'Hoge Mors'. There is a Jumbo, Trekpleister, Aldi, Turkish shop and a restaurant 100 meters away. You’ll be in the city center in 5-7 minutes by bike, but there's also a bus stop around the corner.

The room that will be available for two months between the 4th of February and the 31st of March and is around 20 m2. It is fully furnished and has everything you need. You can store your stuff in the room (closet and two shelves) or in the storage room downstairs, where you can also put a bike. 

The room is approximately 750 euros per month including all costs. For this price, you can use the room and the rest of the apartment, store your stuff and use my bike. You will live with another nice girl as a housemate (27 years old, student, from Berlin). Deposit: 1000 euros.

The room that will be available around the 1st of September (but we can discuss the date) is around 10 m2. You can put a closet for storage in the storage/washing room directly opposite to the room (so add around 2 m2 to the room). You could also store your stuff in the storage room downstairs, where you can also put your bike.
