About the place

Hello, 
I am Martha, and I am searching for new housemates from the end of August. 
I am a 28-year-old woman that is already done studying (Applied Psychology at the University of Applied Science), and I am working. I am calm, tidy, and independent. Socially, I enjoy having a chat and doing fun activities together, such as watching movies, going for walks, or grabbing a coffee. At the same time, I also value having time to myself. I lean more towards tomboy than girly, and I like geeky and fantasy stuff. I like to keep busy and am always involved in various activities. For example, my volunteer work with the lifeguards, besides hobbies like gaming, baking, painting, digital drawing, and swimming. My biggest hobby is actually learning new things and challenging myself to grow as a person. I am looking forward to learning from each other and discovering new things together. I have lived abroad for a year myself and speak English fluently. I would love to give other internationals the opportunity to experience a new country and culture as well.
I am preferably looking for female international housemates who are calm and tidy. I am not really into clubbing, loud parties, or having lots of people over at the house. However, having friends visit occasionally is, of course, fine. It would be nice to cook and have dinner together if it fits the schedule, but this is not mandatory. Apart from the weekly household cleaning tasks, there are very few house rules or responsibilities.
The rooms will become available from mid-August onwards (for up to 1 year max). Room A is currently still occupied, so recent photos are not yet available. However, the attached floor plan and photos provide a good impression of the room's size and layout. During August, I plan to refresh Room A, similar to Room B. Room B was completely cleaned, repainted, and refurnished last December. Both rooms will be furnished with a bed, desk, bedside table, waste bin, and lamps. Room B also includes a bookcase, although I still need to check whether there is enough space for one in Room A. If a bookcase does not fit, there is additional storage space available in the living room.
