You will have 20 sqm private furnished room, and share with another working female housemate: 25 sqm kitchen plus open space, 8 sqm bathroom with toilet included, 10 sqm front balcony where you could sit for a nice drink and enjoy the sunset view, as well as 10 sqm back balcony where you could have a very nice view over a lake with much nature. The apartment is perfect for someone who needs a lovely, peaceful and convenient home. 

Ideally you are a roommate who is clean and tidy, have regular rest hours 23:00-7:00, no uses of drugs or smoking, have experiences living with another housemate in the same apartment. If you can live together happily with another resident in the same apartment, that’s even better!
