Furnished Rooms Available in Leiden City Centre – Priority for Master’s and PhD Students!

Four comfortable, furnished rooms (approximately 13 m² each) are available in a shared student house in the city centre of Leiden, just a five-minute walk from Leiden Central Station.

The monthly rent is €900 per room, including municipal taxes and gas, water and electricity (G/W/E), but excluding Wi-Fi. Each room is furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe.

The house offers several shared facilities, including a kitchen, bathroom, greenhouse, small outdoor area and washing machine. You will share the house with three other housemates.

The rooms are available from August for one year. Registration at the address is possible. Please note that the rooms are not eligible for housing allowance (huurtoeslag).

A security deposit equal to one month's rent (€900) is required.
We are looking for tenants who are clean, responsible and respectful, non-smokers, and preferably master’s students, PhD candidates or mature students. Priority will be given to master’s students and PhD candidates.
