About the space:
Are you looking for a cozy place with a warm atmosphere? I am offering two separate rooms (one bedroom and one study room) for the price of one! It is the perfect setup for a student who values both rest and a productive workspace. The house is very warm, comfortable, and has a great vibe. A new window was recently installed to ensure even better insulation and light.

The location is unbeatable for students:
NHL Stenden: Only a 5-minute bike ride or a 10-minute walk away.
Supermarkets: 2 large supermarkets within 3-5 minutes by bike.
Furniture (Takeover):
The rooms come fully furnished. Everything you see in the photos stays! Most of the furniture is brand new, and the older pieces have been carefully refurbished and repainted. For the entire interior (furniture, decor, etc.), there is a one-time takeover fee (overname) of €550. This means you can move in immediately without any stress!
