About the place

Charming student room with huge roof terrace (76m2 in total!) in a super nice house, in the heart of the old center of Leeuwarden on a nicely quiet location on the canal (above a Pilates studio)! Currently, a park is built behind the house.

There are 3 other tenants (students) whom which you will share the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and the two large roof terraces with.

Room will be provided empty (furniture in the photo is not included). If you want, you are allowed to repaint walls/ceiling white (we pay for the paint).

Monthly due € 670 excl. / € 799,-  including G/W/L/internet.
Available from now on for 24 months (for students only, other period can be discussed).
