Not one but two rooms (26m2 in total) in a super nice house, in the heart of the old center of Leeuwarden on a nicely quiet location on the canal! Currently, a park is built behind the house.

The rooms exist of a bedroom and your own attic room, that could be used as your private living or study (or the other way around of course).

There are 3 other tenants (students) whom which you will share the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and two large roof terraces (76m2 in total!) with.

Room will be provided empty (furniture in the photo is not included).
