About the place

From 1 January 2027, the entire upper floor of my house will be available for rent to one tenant. You will have two private rooms of approximately 12 m² and 8 m². The total rent for both rooms is €600 per month, excluding gas, water, electricity and internet.

You can use the two rooms however you like. For example, you could use one as a bedroom and the other as a living room, home office/study, hobby room or gaming room.

**The upper floor consists of:**

- Private room of approximately 12 m²
- Private room of approximately 8 m²
- Both rooms have windows, with the larger room featuring a large skylight. Neither room is furnished.
- Landing at the top of the stairs, which can be used for a drying rack, laundry baskets or storage.
- Shared storage space for personal belongings.
- Shared bathroom with a spacious shower featuring two shower heads.
- Shared toilet.
- Washing machine.
- Shared kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and blender.
- Balcony, accessible from the kitchen.
- Outdoor shed for bicycles and other belongings.

The upper floor has been kept pet-free. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house, and the central heating boiler has recently been replaced.

The house is located in Schieringen, right next to a beautiful park. Various amenities, including supermarkets and gyms, are within walking distance.

The property is also well connected by public transport, with a bus stop nearby and Camminghaburen train station within walking distance. Leeuwarden city centre can be reached within a few minutes by bicycle. Free parking is also available directly in front of the house.
