About the place

Starting February 2027, I am offering my lovely, fully furnished 24-square-meter room for sublet for the duration of one semester.

The room is in a fantastic location, right by the water in the city center of Leeuwarden.
The space is practically laid out and fully equipped. A major plus is the private kitchenette within the room, complete with a stovetop and fridge. The room features large windows and plenty of natural light. The sleeping area is a built-in bed unit (*bedstee*) that includes a lot of storage space and a clothes rack.

You will share the bathroom and toilet with the other housemates (3 people).

The location is ideal in terms of accessibility. All city center shops and amenities are within walking distance, and it takes about 5 minutes to cycle to NHL Stenden.

I am looking for a tidy, quiet, and reliable subtenant who will take good care of the space and furniture during the upcoming semester.
