About the place

Per 1st of May 2026 a completely furnished room becomes available at Lenteklokje in Leeuwarden. This is an international student house where only boys live. In total there are 6 rooms in the house, with only international students. 
There is a kitchen (20m2) downstairs. Here everyone can socialize or relax. This room is downstairs and 13m2. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The house has a small garden in front with a locked storage place where you can park you bike and a large (55m2) garden at the back. During summertime, you can chill in the sun during the whole day.

Gas and electricity €80 
Water €20 
Municipality Tax €20 
Total €560 
Regarding the services, a washing machine is available. Internet is profided. If you are interested in renting the room, send a message. The viewings will be as soon as possible. This can be done via a Video call or a viewing in real life. Both is possible.
