About the place

Per 1st of february 2026 a completely furnished room is available at Lenteklokje in Leeuwarden. This is an international student house where only boys live. This is why a male tenant is preferred. 
In total there are 6 rooms in the house, with only international students. 

There is a kitchen (20m2) downstairs. Here everyone can socialize or relax. The room is upstairs and is 13 m2, room number 5 in the house. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, the house has two toilets. The house has a small garden in front with a locked storage place where you can park you bike and a large (55m2) garden at the back. During summertime, you can chill in the sun during the whole day. 

The rent for the room is: 
Basic Rent: €460 
Gas and electricity €80 
Water €20 
Municipality Tax €20 
Total €580 

Regarding the services, both a dishwasher and a washing machine is available. Wifi is also included.
