Per 1st of May 2026 a completely furnished room is available at Leeuwarderstraat in Leeuwarden. This is an international student house where only international students live. In total there are 5 rooms in the house, this room is available together with 3 other rooms (see other ads at Kamernet. 
There is a kitchen (20m2) downstairs. Here everyone can socialize or relax. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, these have been completely renovated and are brand new. The house has a small garden in front, and a garden at the back with a locked storage place where you can park your bike. The house has also a roof terrace, during summertime, you can chill in the sun during the whole day. 
This specific room is 20m2. The room comes completely furnished. Also in the kitchen all utensils are available as well as a washing machine for your clothes
The rent for the room is: 
Basic Rent: €465
Gas and electricity €50 
Furnishment €50 
Washing machine/Dish washer €10 
Total €575 
Regarding the services, both a dishwasher and a washing machine is available. Wifi can be arranged by the tenants or can be facilitated.
