The room itself is spacious, 14m2 and has two windows. The room can be furnished to make a stay easy for an international student. The house has a garden in front and a garden at the back, specially during summer time a big advantage. Because of the renovation, the shower, two toilets and the kitchen are brand new. The room is specifically for international students only.
