About the place

This room is located in a quiet, well-positioned house shared with three other housemates. The room is mostly furnished, featuring a single bed, a closet, and a shelf/bookcase. Shared spaces include a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a bathroom, and a separate toilet downstairs for added convenience. A washing machine and a backyard are also available for residents to enjoy. The neighborhood is calm and practical, predominantly consisting of families with children. Jumbo and Poiesz supermarkets are conveniently located just around the corner, and NHL Stenden is only an 8-minute bike ride away or approximately a 25-minute walk. Registration at the municipality is possible, making this ideal for students or working professionals. Your future flatmates are three students, some of whom also work. They describe themselves as artistic individuals who enjoy occasional gatherings, such as watching a show together in the shared space, while also respecting each other's independence. A chore schedule is in place to ensure the house runs smoothly, creating a friendly, respectful, and inclusive environment where everyone can feel comfortable being themselves. You will be taking over my room while I am abroad on exchange. The rental agreement runs from July 1st to December 31st, 2026, with the possibility of extension. The monthly rent is €630, all-inclusive. Please note that extra charges may apply only in cases of excessive utility usage, and the landlord will communicate this beforehand. A one-month deposit is required, and rent is paid one month in advance (e.g., August rent is due on July 1st).
