Hey room seekers!
Since I will do my internship in another city next school year, I'm moving out! This means there is a spot available in our mixed-gender student house on Goudsbloemstraat. The location is ideal for students: NHL Stenden is a 5-minute bike ride away; Van Hall Larenstein and the city center are about a 10-minute ride away; and several supermarkets are within a 5-minute bike ride.

We have a spacious kitchen and utility room featuring a dining table, ample storage space for everyone, and all the amenities a student needs. We also have a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a garden where bikes can be stored. In the summer, we can hang out and eat on the balcony or in the front garden. We also have a spacious bathroom with a large shower and bathtub, plus two toilets (one upstairs and one downstairs).
My room is on the first floor and gets plenty of natural light thanks to the large window. Currently, only international students live here. We enjoy chatting and occasionally eat together whenever it suits us. Otherwise, everyone tends to do their own thing, so there are no mandatory house evenings. We are looking for someone we can chat with, occasionally share a meal with, or do an activity together.

The couch is available for purchase at a good price; negotiable
