About the place

Dear room seeker!

Are you looking for a large room at an affordable price, within walking distance of NHL Stenden (10 minutes by foot!!)? Then this room is perfect for you!

With a cozy atmosphere, this house offers a place where you can relax, socialize with the other residents, and be yourself. To keep the house clean, everyone has their own cleaning duties, which are rotated weekly. There is also a shared kitchen, a downstairs toilet, and a bathroom with a bath and shower. We also have a shared washing machine that everyone is welcome to use.

The room itself is located on the ground floor, has direct access to the backyard where our bikes are stored, and gets plenty of natural sunlight through the large windows. The room is kept clean and will be thoroughly cleaned one last time before you move in. The couch and freezer can be purchased separately for €60, so let us know if you are interested.

We are preferably looking for someone who speaks Dutch, is good at cleaning, and takes good care of the house and its amenities. If you are interested, please send us a message as soon as possible so we can schedule a viewing!
