The house is intended for 4 female students of different nationalities. 
It is in a quiet neighborhood.

The house has a common room/kitchen, toilet, shower/bathroom and washing machine.
NHL is 9 minutes biking.
The rent is 435 euro per month, incl gas,water,electric and internet.
The supermarket is 5 minutes walking from the house,
