Details about the house:
We are looking for a spontaneous girls for room 2 in our student house. (Only girls). You will share the kitchen, 1 shower with bath and separate shower, 2 toilets, a garden with 6 students (girls). 

You’ll live together with 2 Caribbean girls, 1 German girl and 2 Dutch girls from 18 till 25 years old.

The house is an official student residence. Registered and checked by the municipality Leeuwarden and the fire brigade. 

Registration by the municipality Leeuwarden is possible. 

There is a laminate floor in the room. And the room has just been repainted. No take over items for laminate, curtains and blinds curtains.

There is a bed, desk, desk chair and wardrobe for take over.

The room is around 14 m2. 

The whole house has super-fast fixed Internet connection from Odido. All over the house is an secures WIFI network. The use of the Internet is free. 

The big refrigerator (with freezer) is shared by room 1 and 2. The other rooms have their own  refrigerator with freezer.
You can put your bike save in the utility room.

The big kitchen is for shared use. Here are a washing machine and dryer. Use of both is free.

700 meter from the NHL-Stenden school. 500 meter from the nearest supermarket, 200 meter to the bus stop, 7 min biking to the train station.
