Details about the house:
We are looking for a spontaneous girls for room 5 in our student house. (Only girls). We prefer a first year Dutch or German girl for the room. You will share the kitchen, 1 shower with bath and separate shower, 2 toilets, a garden with 6 students. You’ll live together with 1 Surnames girls, 1 Asian girl and 3 Dutch girls from 18 till 22 years old.

The house is an official student residence. Registered and checked by the municipality Leeuwarden and the fire brigade.
Registration by the municipality Leeuwarden is possible.
There is a laminate floor in the room. And the room has just been repainted. No takeover items for laminate, curtains and blinds curtains.

The room is 15 m2 and has a super-fast fixed Internet connection from T Mobile. All over the house is an secures WIFI network. The use of the Internet is free.
You have their own refrigerator with freezer.
You can put your bike save in the utility room.
The big kitchen is for shared use. Here are a washing machine and dryer. Use of both is free.
