About the place

Per 1st of September 2026 a completely furnished room is available at the Anjen in Leeuwarden. This is an international student house where both boys and girls live. The house has been completely renovated. 
In total there are 4 rooms in the house, with only international students. 

The house has a shared downstairs and the rooms are individual upstairs. Downstairs is a kitchen, a storage space and a large living room (25+m2) Also a large garden is behind the house (50+m2)

All 4 rooms are available. The rooms are 10 tot 13 m2. Prices are identical.

The rent for the room is: 
Basic Rent: €600
Gas and electricity €50 
Total €650 

Regarding the services, both a dishwasher and a washing machine is available. Wifi is not included and can be arranged by the tenants.

A video call is possible but preferably a real life viewing in Leeuwarden.
