Ik zoek een huisgenoot boven de 20 jaar vanaf 1 juli 2026 tot 1 juli 2027, voor een geheel jaar. De totale huur voor de kamer is €395,- (incl. (G/W/L) per maand. Je woont samen in rijtjes huis met mij, zelf ben ik nog studerend in Groningen. De woonkamer, keuken, wc/douche is gedeeld. Het is een gezellig huis. De woonkamer is een gezellige plek, gemeubileerd. De keuken en bijkeuken is compleet, incl. vaatwasser en wasmachine. Het huis is netjes en schoon .
Er staat een bed en een kast in de slaapkamer, deze zijn te gebruiken. Mocht je toch liever je eigen meubels in de kamers willen hebben dan kan dat uiteraard.

The total rent for the room is €395 (including utilities: gas, water, and electricity) per month. You will be sharing a terraced house with me. I am currently a student in Groningen. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared.
It’s a cozy home, the living rooms is furnished and comfortable. The kitchen and utility room are equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The house is clean and well-maintained.
The bedroom comes with a bed and a wardrobe that you can use If you prefer to bring your own furniture, that is, of course, possible as well.
