Hello future housemate!

Do you want to live in the city center, in a coach house almost directly beneath De Oldehove? Then this is your chance!

We are a super cozy student house with a cleaning schedule, where there are seven of us living in total. We are looking for a new housemate (tea lover 😉). We form a diverse group with people from all parts of the country. Everyone loves socializing, a drink, and a party every now and then.

The Room

The room is approximately 22 m² in size and is located on the second floor. It is a bright, high-ceilinged room with a mezzanine "in the air". The room will be delivered turn-key, which means: clean, with cleaned carpeting, curtains, and a sink with hot and cold water. The start date is by mutual agreement. The House

The house is fully equipped:

Laundry room on the ground floor with washing machine
Drying and ironing room
Private mailbox
Indoor bicycle storage
A toilet on every floor
Two spacious shower rooms
One kitchen and one large eat-in kitchen
Dishwashers (yes, plural!)
Large south-facing roof terrace
Cleaning schedule

From the eat-in kitchen, you have access to the spacious roof terrace, where we often sit together chilling and enjoying the sun and the sound of birdsong. And all of this in the heart of the city, with absolutely everything just around the corner!

Location
The house is located in the center of Leeuwarden. Within 1 km of NHL Stenden. The supermarket and the train station are within walking distance. All the shops, bars, and cozy terraces along the canal are located around the corner on the Nieuwestad (Leeuwarden's main shopping street). In just a few steps, you are right in the middle of the coziest shopping street in the Netherlands!

Who are we looking for? We are looking for a fun, spontaneous, but also neat and responsible student between the ages of 17 and 27.
