Hello future roommate! Do you want to live in a beautifully maintained and clean coach house below DE OLDEHOVE in the city center? Then you've come to the right place!
The nicest student house in Leeuwarden is looking for a new roommate, or rather, a new family member! It's a diverse group of 7 students from all over the country. Everyone enjoys a good beer, wine, and a party between studies; we're also tea lovers! You'll make friends for LIFE in our house!

This bright, high, and spacious room with a huge mezzanine is located on the second floor, facing north, and is approximately 22 m². There is a washbasin with hot/cold water and washbasin cabinets and there is plenty of space for a bedroom, study and cozy sitting area. The room will be delivered "turnkey" clean, painted, and with freshly cleaned carpets and curtains. So, on the day of your arrival, it's ready to be comfortably furnished. All this is combined with the use of all communal areas and a large, south-facing roof terrace (40 m²), where you can still hear the birds singing and your wine tastes delicious.

The historic Koetshuis is equipped with every comfort and convenience. You won't have to lug your laundry home every week, because you have the luxury of a washing machine right at home. On the ground floor, your mail goes in a dedicated mailbox, and your bicycle is stored inside, heated and dry. There is a laundry room and a drying/ironing room. Of course, Wi-Fi and a TV connection are free in your room. There is a toilet on each floor and two large shower rooms. There is one kitchen and one modern open-plan kitchen where you can prepare your most delicious meals together. After dinner, you can enjoy the comfort of cozying up at the table, because the dishwashers do the work! From the open-plan kitchen, Access to the large south-facing roof terrace, where we spend many hours relaxing. And all of this in the heart of the city, with all the fun things JUST AROUND THE CORNER!

The house is located in the city center, within 1 km of Stenden and NHL, a supermarket, and the train station are within walking distance. All the shops, bars, and cozy canal-side terraces are just around the corner on Nieuwestad (Leeuwarden's main shopping street), and just a few steps away, you're also in the most charming shopping street in the Netherlands!
