The city's best student house is looking for a new roommate, or rather, a new family member! It's a diverse group of 7 students from all over the country. Everyone loves enjoying a beer, wine, or meal together between studies. We also love tea! You'll make friends for LIFE in our house!
This spacious, north-facing coach house room on the second floor boasts high beamed ceilings and is approximately 20 m². It includes a private sink (hot/cold water), a large double bed (1.40 x 2.40 m) and ample space for a study and a cozy sitting area. The room is delivered turnkey, clean, painted, with freshly cleaned carpets and curtains.

So pack your bags, and your new home awaits you. The room, combined with use of all communal areas and a large, south-facing roof terrace, is 40 m², where you can still hear the birds singing. We have (almost) everything in duplicate: toilets, showers, kitchens, dishwashers, etc. There's one kitchen and one new open-plan kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. After dinner, you can enjoy the comfort of cozy gatherings, as the dishwashers do all the work! The kitchen/diner opens onto the massive south-facing roof terrace, where we spend many hours studying or just relaxing. And all of this in the heart of the city, with all the fun things just AROUND THE CORNER! No need to drag laundry home; on the ground floor, there's a laundry room and a drying/ironing area FREE of charge. Of course, wireless internet and a TV connection are also FREE.

The house is located in the heart of the city center, within 1 km of VHL and STENDEN NHL, a supermarket 318 meters away, and the train station 596 meters away. All the shops, bars, and cozy canal-side terraces are just around the corner on Nieuwestad (Leeuwarden's main shopping street), and just a short hop away, you're also in the most charming shopping street in the Netherlands!
