We looking for a Male roommate, for a room in a recently renovated house (2019) in Kampen.

It is a beautiful room with shower and toilet renovated in 2019 with underfloor heating, approximately 13m2. This is an upholstered room on the first floor of an apartment complex. WIFI is present. If desired, furniture can be provided. Just repainted and hung with new laminate on the floor. The room is fully furnished if requested.
The kitchen must be shared with the owner of the house. The house is fully equipped, such as a dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom and toilet.

The room is within walking distance of the Pennekruid shopping center, the city center of Kampen and the rail station of Kampen can be reached by bike in around 15 minutes.
It is a room (Hospita) in a single-family home in a safe neighborhood.

No smoking in the room & no pets allowed.

There is a small roof terrace in the living room. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The WC is for personal use and for and occasionally visitors. The shower is for your own use.

The owner of the house speaks Dutch, English, German and has worked in various EU and African countries.

Please Note: Not Suitable for Candidates from the Randstad

For my rooms in Kampen, I am looking for suitable tenants. I have noticed that many responses come from the Randstad (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, and surrounding cities).

The distance between Kampen and the Randstad is between 1.5 and 3 hours of travel time one way. In practice, this makes it unsuitable for those living or working in that area. I often receive requests from people based in Amsterdam or nearby, but unfortunately, Kampen is almost 150 kilometers away.

Therefore, a kind request: if you live, study, or work in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, or anywhere in between, this room is not a practical option for you.

I would like to focus on candidates who are located closer to Kampen, so the room can be used comfortably and conveniently.
